Refund policy

At Eco-Friendly Arts, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted and many are individually hand-painted by skilled artists. Because each piece is made with care, slight variations in colour, texture, or brushstrokes are part of its unique character and should not be considered defects.

Returns

We accept returns within 07 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories or components received with the product.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Hand-painted products made specifically to order.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if an incorrect product was sent.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of our mistake or a damaged/defective item, Eco-Friendly Arts will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.

Once a handcrafted or personalized item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
